Unfortunately I couldn't solve my stuttering for 3D Bluray ISO Playback. Transformers 3 3D playbacks fine, but Avatar isn't working 
I don't know if it's a problem with my Samsung TV... Does your Mac Mini plays 3D Bluray ISO's without dropped frames or any problems?
Finally! Classic 3D films are coming to 3D Blu-ray in 2012! Warner Bros. confirms they are prepping the original "House of Wax" and Alfred Hitchcock's "Dial 'M' for Murder" for release to 3D BD late in 2012. This makes me very happy. Now we need to put pressure on Universal to man up and get cracking on releasing "It Came from Outer Space" and "The Creature from the Black Lagoon". ]]>There are 2 monitors with My system,
One is Dell 2707(DVI port,1920x1200)
and the altertive is Optima HD33(HDMI port,1920x1080).
I can get a screen from Dell 2707 via HDMI-DVI cable,
but can't get a screen from Optima HD33.
When the blank screen shown, I tried hot plug switching to Dell 2707.
After doing this, it worked,
but the driver regarded my 27" monitor as Optoma HD33 1920x1080 resolution within nVidia Control Panel,
seems HD33 can be identified by driver,
but I don't know why video is missing when HD33 connected.
Finally I tried dual screen configuration,
Dell 2707 connected to the mini via DVI-HDMI cable & HDMI-miniDP adapter,
Optoma HD33 connected to the mini via HDMI cable.
When HD33 connected, all screens blank,
as long as I disconnected HD33, Dell 2707 become normal.
Maybe I must try faking the EDID of HD33 for normal operation due to the poor driver supporting.Who knows?

The newest driver available didn't work for me, because I also get the BSOD playing any 3D bluray with TMT5 or PowerDVD.
So I tested some older drivers and realized, that this driver is working best.
Unfortunately I can't get a screen when I connect the Mac Mini to my Harman Kardon AV-Receiver, so right now the mini is connected directly to my Samsung LED 3D TV via HDMI 1.4a.

I completely removed the old display driver and downloaded & installed this driver without modding the *.inf file from here http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce-3d … river.html. My MacMini 2010 is also connected via HDMI port to my Samsung LED TV.
3D ist working with Win7 64bit and TotalMediaTheatre 5, but I have only one problem.When I play the original Avatar 3D Bluray, I get every 5 seconds a little bit of stuttering. "Normal" Blurays in 2D are playing like a charm...
Maybe your setup its playing fine with my settings?

Can you tell me what version of GeForce driver you're using?
I would like to test with your settings.
From my experience,
only 290.36/295.51 can show signal via HDMI port without black screen,
but I suffer BSOD when playing blu-ray 3D via TMT5.
For my system, the latest driver is not stable at all.
if I choose 267.76, there're no this problem, but HDMI 1.4a begun support from 275.33
so I'm a little confused how you make it.
